1. Nature of the service
Assessments identify development needs and support training recommendations. They are not an official certification, regulated examination, employment guarantee or automated professional decision.
2. Free assessment and paid services
The assessment is presented as being provided at no cost. Training, support or a separate engagement may be paid only after delivery terms, price and conditions are confirmed. Applicable information is provided before any paid engagement.
3. Acceptable use
- Answer in good faith and do not attempt to extract question banks or answers.
- Do not bypass limits, security or access controls.
- Do not use the service in an unlawful, abusive or harmful manner.
- Provide accurate and authorized contact information.
4. Intellectual property
Content, assessment structure, text, code and branding elements belong to their respective owners. Third-party software names and trademarks remain the property of their owners. Mentioning them does not imply official certification or affiliation.
5. Availability and accuracy
JFL Media seeks to keep the service accessible and useful, but may correct, suspend or change a feature. Results must be interpreted with the work context and may contain limitations or errors.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and reports are provided as decision-support tools. They do not replace human analysis, employer requirements, professional advice or an official certification.
