1. Information processed

Assessments

The assessment form requests the participant’s first name, last name and email, the direct manager’s email and consent to deliver the report. The system also records answers, points, categories, response time, results and the IP address used for security and attempt limiting.

Contact requests

The contact form may collect your name, email, organization, telephone number if you choose to provide it, request type and message.

Technical data

The server may process technical logs needed for security, error diagnosis and operation. Measurement or advertising tools prepared in Google Tag Manager remain subject to the consent choices described in the cookie policy.

2. Purposes

• Start, secure and complete the assessment.
• Calculate the diagnostic and generate recommendations.
• Send the report to recipients authorized by the participant.
• Respond to service or accessibility requests.
• Prevent abuse, correct errors and improve the website.

3. Recipients and technical providers

The assessment report is delivered to the participant, the identified direct manager and JFL Media for service follow-up. The website uses its hosting provider, MySQL for application data and Brevo for email delivery. Other tools, such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads or Microsoft Clarity, can be activated only when configured and according to applicable consent choices.

4. Retention

Information is retained for the time needed for the described purposes, service security and applicable obligations. Specific periods must be established and documented by JFL Media according to the nature of the information and its internal procedures.

5. Security

The website uses HTTPS, protected sessions, CSRF tokens, attempt limiting, server-side controls, non-public folders and security headers. No mechanism can guarantee zero risk.

6. Your requests

You may request information about your data, a correction or deletion when applicable. Identity verification may be required before processing the request.
